Experienced Ohio Attorneys
Firm founder Dan Haughey was born and raised in Oxford, Ohio. A former Butler County prosecutor and magistrate, Dan has been practicing law since 2002. Dan is also a professor in the business school at Miami University in Oxford. In addition to his extensive legal experience, Attorney Haughey is a member of numerous prestigious legal orginzations, including the Butler County Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association, and the Greater Cincinnati Bar Association.
Attorney Erik Niehaus was born and raised in Hamilton, Ohio and worked as a police officer for the Miami University Police Department. He then moved to the West Chester Police Department and spent nearly 20 years before becoming the Chief of Police for five and a half years. Throughout his career, Attorney Niehaus has handled a wide range of criminal matters including drug crime, property crime, and traffic violations.

We offer reasonable fee arrangements and accept credit cards for underage intoxication, fake I.D., DUI/OVI and all other criminal defense cases. We also provide reasonable fees in all family law matters.

Our attorney's fee, if we are successful, will be a percentage of your total recovery. If we are not successful in recovering compensation from the negligent party, you will not owe us one dime.
